Pick-up from Cappadocia Airport. Check-in to Mak’s Cave House. Welcome greetings from guide and tour plan explanation. Rest and enjoy Uchisar neighborhood.

8am pick-up from hotel and head to Pasabag Open Air Museum. After that visit, head to Zelve Open Air Museum. Lunch at Aravan Cappadocia. Head to Ortahisar Fortress. Return to hotel.

8am pick-up from hotel and head to Goreme Open Air Museum. After that visit, head to Sinassos, old Roman Town, and wander through its wonderful streets. Lunch at Old Greek House. Head to Avanos town and take a class about old Cappadocian art with pottery and ceramic making. Return to hotel.

7am pick-up from hotel and head to Red Valley for hiking through unbeaten paths of Cappadocia (approx. 3 hours). Return to hotel for a small break before lunch. Lunch at Jardinn Restaurant. Head to a family house in a cave, in use by an old couple for over 40 years. Return to hotel.

8am pick-up from hotel and head to Ihlara Gorge that has been created by the river Melendiz. Through the gorge, we’ll hike for 2 miles (approx. 2 1/2 hours). After hiking, we’ll head to Gelveri Village, which was the home town of St. Gregor of Nazianus. We’ll make a walk through village’s antique street and visit St. Gregor Church, recently converted into a Mosque. Lunch at Ailem Restaurant. After lunch, head to Kaymakli Underground City. Return to hotel.

10am pick-up from hotel and head to Keslik Monastery. After that visit, head to Soandos Ruins and visit more monasteries. Lunch at Ikinci Bahar Restaurant. Head to a cooperative for a class about the ancient Turkish Art of rug weaving. Return to hotel.

7am pick-up from hotel and head to Kayseri Province to visit Kanis Karum Ruins. After that visit, head to the old city square to witness an intricate heritage site. Lunch at Elmacioglu Iskender Restaurant. Visit Kayseri Archaeology Museum. Return to hotel.

8am pick-up from hotel and head to Balkan Deresi Gorge and visit the Balkan Monastery. Lunch at Babayan Evi. Return to hotel to relax. Check-out of hotel and drop-off at Cappadocia Airport.
