Terms and Conditions
Please review the following information regarding the registration process and the formation of PhiloTrips.
Airfare is NOT included (unless indicated otherwise).
The PhiloTrip will be guaranteed once the minimum number of registrations has been received. As such, we kindly ask that participants register as soon as possible.
Payment must be submitted in full at least four (4) months prior to departure.
If the trip is cancelled by Philomobile, payment will be refunded in full. If the trip is cancelled by the participant, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
Once enrollment has been guaranteed, we will confirm all participants. Our tour operator will finalize hotel accommodations, and detailed information packets regarding the travel itinerary will be sent out. It is at this time that we recommend that participants purchase airline tickets.
On the first scheduled day, participants will gather at the hotel in their designated city to meet their Philomobile lecturer, the tour operator and their fellow travelers.
